Growing up with four athletic older brothers, as a young girl until my early teens, I found myself being active and incorporating physical activity into my everyday life.
After suffering an injury from dance a few years ago, I quit sports and training all together, entering into a schedule that did not include any form of physical activity. In a short time, I became accustomed to a lifestyle where my health was not put first. For many people it can be the hardest thing in the world to make health their priority.
After moving to Vancouver, I was inspired to get my health back on track and I was in need of a little guidance.Yaletown Fitness is a hidden gem that I am very happy I came across.

There is always an excuse that can get in the way of accomplishing your fitness goals, and trust me I have found many.
