I have always struggled with my weight and never felt comfortable in my own body. A few months ago I decided to get a personal trainer to help me achieve my goals to live a healthier, happier and confident lifestyle. Before I started my prep I had previously lost over 50+ lbs but still wasn’t satisfied with the way I looked but I did feel healthier knowing I was on he right path towards my long term fitness goals.
I started my prep journey right after grad in April and have successfully lost 19 lbs, toned up and put on more muscle.*
I’ve put on muscle. But don’t worry mom, I won’t get too big.
So far I’m loving the results and the constant support from my family, friends and amazing coaches Ondrej Leipert and Andrea Leipert from Yaletown Fitness.
